Order & Process of the BierTour
Who is the Boss/Sheriff?
Please let us know this information when placing your order so that the main organizer receives more detailed information about the process of the company party tour. We send all participants a package with the Beers, tasks, and small extras or goodies, which must be kept until the company party.
Where does it start?
The BierTour offers the flexibility to take place at any desired location, as it leads you to versatile stops that are available worldwide (such as public squares, bodies of water, or quiet seating areas). This gives your company event a unique, personal touch.
When is the date?
You can freely choose the date, time, and location of the BierTour. However, to reach a joint decision, we recommend using a scheduling tool like Doodle to find a suitable date for the company party tour.
Order at least 5 days before the event
Order the BierTour via our shop or the configurator. Provide the addresses of all participants and receive all important materials in advance. The organizer additionally receives the package for the groom. He shouldn’t suspect this great event in advance.
Shipping and Planning of the BierTour
The Beer packages & Challenge boxes are shipped to you. The Tour packages must be prepared before the event using the enclosed instructions and checklists. But that’s almost as easy as opening a Beer bottle. Completely without a bottle opener.
The Event Starts
The event starts and the games begin. There are no limits to your creativity. You can play the BierTour as the main act or integrate it into the schedule you have already planned. The games can be excellently combined with another event.
You stop at the stops specified by the Beer rally and the planner. Enjoy your Beer from the supplied cooler bag in a sociable round, solve the Challenges, and note down the points you have earned. An individual and unique event with a high fun factor.
A Crowning Finale
At the end, it’s: And the winner is… You celebrate the winner and cheer the victor. Maybe it will even be the groom? The further course of the day is up to you. The BierTour can be played excellently in between. Until your next event!

The offered BierTour packages differ in the scope of included contents. Here’s what you still need to get before heading out:
- BierTour “Mega”: To be able to play all challenges, you need to add per person a backpack, 6 different beers, a small bottle of schnapps, and a salami. A beer cooler is optional, but depending on the temperature, it’s a must-have!
- BierTour “Legendary”: This package equips you with a BierTour backpack and an exclusive BierTour beer cooler! You’re still missing the 6 beers, as well as the salami and the small bottle of schnapps!
- BierTour “Xtra Casual”: You don’t need to worry about anything anymore. All items are already included and just waiting to finally go on tour with you! Casual, right?
