In the booklet, you’ll find instructions for every challenge and can track your score. You’ll also find tasting forms there to help you identify your favorite beers later.
Order & process of the BierTour
Who is the boss/Sheriff?
The chief planner, aka the best man/maid of honor (in most cases), is the master of the plan and receives ALL insider info about your epic BierTour. They are essentially the sheriff of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly. And for the other participants? They receive their materials, tasks, and goodies depending on their size choice (M, L, XL) separately packaged in your delivery.
Where does it start?
The BierTour can take place anywhere, as it guides you to location-independent checkpoints that exist all over the world (e.g., a meadow, body of water, bench,..) and also incorporates the hotspots of your friendship. This gives the JGA a very personal connection.
When is the date?
You can freely choose the date, time & location. To reach an agreement, you can use [Doodle], for example, to find a JGA date. You can freely choose the delivery date!
Order online and get started!
Order your BierTour via our shop. Your packages will be shipped to you within 2–3 working days. Order your BierTour in good time so that the organizer can unpack the Sheriff package in advance to make some preparations for the tour. We recommend ordering the BierTour at least 10 days before your JGA.
Shipping and planning of the BierTour
The beer packages & challenge boxes are shipped to you. The tour packages must be prepared before the event according to the included instructions and checklists. But that’s almost as easy as opening a beer bottle. Completely without a bottle opener.
The JGA starts
The JGA starts and the games begin. Your creativity knows no limits. You can play the BierTour as the main act or integrate it into the schedule you’ve already planned. The games can be excellently combined with another event.
You stop at the checkpoints of the beer rally and those specified by the planner. Enjoy your beer from the included cooler bag in a sociable round, solve the challenges, and note the points earned. An individual and unique event with a high fun factor.
A crowning conclusion
At the end, it’s: And the winner is… You celebrate the winner and cheer the victor. Maybe it will even be the groom? The rest of the day’s design is up to you. The BierTour can be played excellently in between. Until your next JGA!

- BierTour “Mega”: To be able to play all challenges, you need to add per person a backpack, 6 different beers, a small bottle of schnapps, and a salami. A beer cooler is optional, but depending on the temperature, it’s a must-have!
- BierTour “Legendary”: This package equips you with a BierTour backpack and an exclusive BierTour beer cooler! You’re still missing the 6 beers, as well as the salami and the small bottle of schnapps!
- BierTour “Xtra Casual”: You don’t need to worry about anything anymore. All items are already included and just waiting to finally go on tour with you! Casual, right?
