In addition to a selection of high-quality Beers, we have prepared numerous Challenges that ensure variety and fun. Beer plays an important but not too serious role. Shared fun is the focus!

Order & Course of the BierTour
Who is the Boss/Sheriff?
Let us know this when ordering, as the main organizer (usually the club board) receives more detailed information about the process of the BierTour. We send all (other) participants a package with the Beers, tasks, and gimmicks or goodies, which must be kept until the event.
Where does it start?
The BierTour can take place anywhere, as it leads you to location-independent stops that exist anywhere in the world (e.g., a meadow, your club house, a bench) and also takes into account the special places in your club’s history. This gives the event a personal touch.
When is the date?
You can freely choose the date, time, and location. To coordinate, you can, for example, use Doodle to find a suitable date for your club event.
Order at least 5 days before the event
Order the BierTour via our shop or the configurator. Provide the addresses of all participants and receive all important materials in advance. The organizer additionally receives the package for the groom. He shouldn’t suspect this great event in advance.
Shipping and Planning of the BierTour
The Beer packages & Challenge boxes are shipped to you. The Tour packages must be prepared before the event using the enclosed instructions and checklists. But that’s almost as easy as opening a Beer bottle. Completely without a bottle opener.
The Event Starts
The event starts and the games begin. There are no limits to your creativity. You can play the BierTour as the main act or integrate it into the schedule you have already planned. The games can be excellently combined with another event.
You stop at the stops specified by the Beer rally and the planner. Enjoy your Beer from the supplied cooler bag in a sociable round, solve the Challenges, and note down the points you have earned. An individual and unique event with a high fun factor.
A Crowning Finale
At the end, it’s: And the winner is… You celebrate the winner and cheer the victor. Maybe it will even be the groom? The further course of the day is up to you. The BierTour can be played excellently in between. Until your next event!

The offered BierTour packages differ in the scope of the included contents. The following you still need to get before the door:
- BierTour “Mega”: To be able to play all Challenges, you still need to add per person a backpack, 6 different Beers, a mini bottle of schnapps, and a salami. A Beer cooler is optional, but depending on the temperature, a must-have!
- BierTour “Legendary”: This package equips you with a BierTour backpack and an exclusive BierTour Beer cooler! Still missing are the 6 Beers, as well as the salami and the mini bottle of schnapps!
- BierTour “Xtra Casual”: You don’t need to worry about anything anymore. All items are already included and just waiting to finally go on tour with you! Casual, right?
